Aloe pruinosa Reynolds

Aloe pruinosa Reynolds is a South African endemic from KwaZulu-Natal province. Short Aloe is no more than 15 cm high.  It blooms in the end of the summer with dusty pink tubular flowers. Its leaves are short, spotted and toothed.
This is a vulnerable species because of the rapidly expanded urban area, with only ten known locations.
Aloe pruinosa can be seen in the exhibition greenhouse in  the University botanic garden of Balchik.
