Populus alba in Top 3 in the category "Century Trees Speak"

Populus alba, a century old white Poplar alpine, participated in the "Tree with Root 2018" competition, part of the European Tree of the Year competition, in which took part the winners from 14 countries.

Populus alba, the tree with more than 250 years of history has get interest by Nevse Arnaud from Blagoevgrad and the young lady has decided to nominate it.

In the category "Century Trees Speak", besides the White Poplar, the jury of the competition has also designated the finalists of the Jigurski platter and cerry from the village of Skrino. Until October 31, 2018, you can vote for the White Poplar here.
